Cosy and charming guesthouse run by a nice family. It’s very close to the center, so location is great. The AC worked reasonably well, and there was a water dispenser - no fridge, though. There were a couple of water and electricity outages. The beds are hard; I asked for a blanket and slept on that which helped.

The family that runs the hotel were very welcoming and hospitable, food was homemade and tasty , room was nicely decorated, bed was comfortable and location couldn’t have been better to explore the old town of Khiva. Would highly recommend.

The style of the location and the position made it great for a visit at Khiva. The owner were incredibly nice and they prepared one of the best breakfast, a lot of stuff and everything delicious, especially the omelette, super recommended!
