A beautiful boutique hotel in the same compound of the living museum of Itchan Kala. Had a delicious breakfast at the terrace with an excellent view of the whole ancient city

I don't normally do reviews but felt as a thank you I should do one in this instance.... We had a lovely stay at this guest hotel. The staff, particularly the owners’ sons, were pleasant, welcoming, and very helpful throughout. Their English was excellent, and we had no communication issues. The location of the guest house within the old walled city was excellent—just a 20-minute walk to both the town centre and the train station. The West Gate, where you’ll find taxis and restaurants, was also nearby. We mostly used the YandexGo app (the local equivalent of Uber), which conveniently picked us up from the back of the hotel. Our room was well-equipped: the air conditioning and fridge worked perfectly, and the bathroom was clean, functional, and had a reliable water supply. Breakfast was served as a set menu at your chosen time, with a good variety of items. One small suggestion would be to include more seasonal fresh fruit. The breakfast terrace offered a beautiful view of the city's monuments—such a pleasant way to start the day. We really appreciated the flexibility: they allowed us a late checkout at no extra cost and kindly stored our luggage at reception. Note: This is a family-run guest house, so manage your expectations accordingly—it’s not a 3, 4, or 5-star hotel, but what it offers is homely, heartfelt hospitality

The place has multiple spaces (terrace eg and roof) from which one can admire the beautiful city. The decorations are tasteful and the breakfast was nice. Most of all: the bed provides a good rest - and everything is clean and tidy. Staff of course friendly.
