Pleasant Stay with a Great Location & Kind Staff We enjoyed our stay at this family-run guesthouse in Khiva. The location was perfect for exploring the city, and the staff were genuinely warm and welcoming, which made our experience nice. The room was clean and comfortable. And the compote they served us while we are waiting for our transfer was terrific. Overall, it’s a good choice for travelers who value a central location and friendly service.

We had a truly wonderful stay at this charming house. From the moment we arrived, the hosts were incredibly attentive and made us feel genuinely welcome. They even offered us an upgraded room, which was such a thoughtful gesture and made our stay even more comfortable. The breakfast was a highlight—generous, varied, and delicious, with something new to enjoy every morning. It really felt like a lovingly prepared meal rather than a standard offering. The location was perfect—right by the fort but tucked away enough to be quiet and peaceful. We especially loved relaxing on the terrace with unlimited tea at our fingertips. The small talk with the hosts added a warm, personal touch and made the experience feel more like staying with friends than at a guesthouse. All in all, it was a perfect stay. We’d absolutely come back and highly recommend it to anyone looking for comfort, authenticity, and great hospitality.

There was a nice common area and possibility to make tea. The location is great. The area is quiet. The place looks nice, cosy and is clean.

Property location is excellent, close to all the monuments and restaurants. Breakfast is delicious and the staff is amazing! One day we went on an excursion at 7am and they even offered to prepare a packed breakfast for us! Thanks again, would def recommend :))
