Really great guesthouse in the heart of Khiva old town. Everything was exceptional, the beds were clean and comfortable and the staff were all polite and helpful. Breakfast was delicious, couldn’t have been better value for money

Clean and spacious room with a great view. The family is super friendly and helpful, we had an early check-in without any problems. The breakfast is amazing and the location perfect. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely come back.

Exactly as displayed on the site. Clean and cozy rooms, clean bathrooms as well. The hotsts are very sweet. The breakfast served was scrumptious. Would love to come back.
