Breakfast was elaborate and excellent , prepared and served individually, making it a wonderful personalized experience uniquely different from other hotels. The facility is big and wonderfully managed. I couldn’t find any fault !

Liked the room, helpfulness of staff, sauna. The staff went beyond the call of duty. We had a booking in the old city and that hotel was supposed to send a taxi. When none appeared, and the Yandex driver refused to help us with our luggage, the front desk organized a taxi where the driver would help. Lovely people.

Really good location. Only 10 mins by taxi to Itchan Kala which cost approx £0.40 ($0.50) on Yandex. Next to the hotel there will be a new stunning complex built which includes restaurants and bazaars. Service was really good. Everyone was friendly and helpful.
