Great location inside the old city walls of Khiva. The staff were friendly and helpful — they even assisted me in finding a driver for a trip to my next hotel. Highly recommended!
David “A perfect stay in this family-run guest house”

I’ve had a perfectly easy and relaxing two night stay in this lovely family-run guest house within the city walls. The four brothers who run it are charming and welcoming and English and Russian are spoken as well as Turkish and Uzbek. My room was simple but perfect with excellent a/c and shower. WiFi excellent everywhere. A plentiful breakfast was served and they remembered I was vegetarian. The brothers will give advice on anything you ask and make you feel at home. They are all excellent musicians going back five generations. They offered to let me stay in my room till my afternoon train departure as no guest was coming. I highly recommend this guest house.

Great little guesthouse in the old city which made ducking back throughout the day easy. Breakfast was nice. Organised pick up from the Urgench airport which was very smooth. Liked the simple room decoration.

The hosts are great, and they go above and beyond. When we arrived from a 14-hour trains journey, they offered to order and pick our lunch up. We left at 7am, and they gave us the takeaway breakfast. So thoughtful! Nice family guest house.
