From the moment we arrived, we were warmly welcomed and impressed by the exceptional service. Every staff member was friendly, helpful, and genuinely committed to making our stay flawless. The resort offers a fantastic range of activities and facilities, and our room was absolutely stunning. One of the highlights was meeting Kung during the buffalo bathing experience—she was so kind, genuinely interested in getting to know us, and spoke so highly of the hotel and its owner. It’s clear she loves working there, having been with the resort for nearly 16 years. We also had the pleasure of meeting the hotel manager, Natasha, who was very welcoming and took time to ensure our stay was perfect. JW Marriott promises a serene, luxurious environment where guests can be present and relax—and this resort absolutely delivers. Thank you for taking such great care of us. We’ll definitely be back!

I had breakfast at the Waterfront restaurant for the duration of my stay and it was first class service. Khun Pooh helped me feel very comfortable whilst traveling alone to the resort, all the staff knew my name and showed me around the buffet and the food was so fresh and locally grown so the vegetables had extra taste and there were many healthy options available, the fresh juices were equisite.
