Location and staff. Drew was super helpful and very informative. Breakfast with Cuban coffee and afternoon happy hours are big plus. Water dispenser is another plus for us!

Drew was amazing, the nicest guy ever. He gave us recommendations to enjoy the town. The free drinks in the afternoon were also very nice. The terrace for having breakfast was also very good.

The property is very close to Duval street and all other attractions within key west. Parking can be found nearby too. Approx 10mims from Mallory square and lots of restaurants/bars nearby. Big shout out to Drew on the front desk, he was wonderful, he went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. I highly recommend this guesthouse just on Drew’s customer service skills, he’s a real gem.

I stayed there 2 days The best place ever! Clean Great location Perfect breakfast BUT THE MOST IMPORTANT is the welcome received by mr. DREW I wish I had an host like him in all the places I have visited So kind and nice and perfect a In all his explanations and way of informing us The best ever!!!! It is a pity we could not say bye to you !!!🫶🏻
