Please note the minimum age requirement to check-in is 25 years of age.Guests arriving outside reception opening hours are kindly requested to inform the hotel in advance. Contact details can be found on the booking confirmation.Please note that reception is open from 8:00 to 20:00.Please note: no extra beds are available in rooms that can only hold two guests.We will be doing necessary spall work repairs on our building from Sept 3-Oct 10. there will be intermittent noise associated with this upgrade project during hours of 9:30am and 4:00pm only, Monday through Friday. There will be no noise associated with this project on weekends, Saturday/Sunday. Thank you for your patience and understanding as we make necessary improvements!Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.

The Motel is very clean and the owner is very helpful person. We rented the bikes for 16 $per day and we could use them for free even the next day till 4PM. Very well located, 2 min walk from Dog Beach and Smathers beach

It does what it says on the tin. Yes the interior was a little dated, but it was cute, the air con worked, it was clean, the bed was comfy, and the shower was great. We spent an afternoon at the pool which was fab. Managed to walk to Duval street comfortably. Great little spot.

Everything was perfect! Surely not a luxury hotel but the service was extra ordinary good, the rooms clean, the rooftop for a sundowner perfect, the bed comfortable and when you spend the days at the beach anyway that is all you need.
