Squirrel Lodge was ideal for our party of 10 adults although it would comfortably hold another 2 adults. There is plenty of crockery, cutlery and kitchen equipment to cater for breakfast, lunch and dinner. The lodge is in a quiet street but within walking distance of the town centre and is close to Fitz Park. There is a bakery serving fresh bread etc on the next block. There is a fridge in the kitchen and a large fridge freezer in the adjoining utility room, along with a washing machine and dryer. The bedrooms are well equipped as are the en-suite bathrooms and shared bathrooms; the 2 bedrooms on the 4th floor are the only bedrooms without en-suite but the bathroom servicing these rooms is on the same level as the bedrooms. The beds are so so comfortable as are the pillows which is very unusual in rental properties.

Property is perfect when travelling with families, the bedrooms have en suite bathroom which is ideal . Very well maintained property with individual rooms available for kids . Room 3 ( small TV room ) was big hit with the kids , location is great and walkable distance to quite a few attractions.
