Michelle, the owner was so welcoming and accommodating, we really appreciated that as it's not always easy travelling with young kids The property is really nice and spacious, there is everything you need in the kitchen. Each room has his toilets which is also great. The property is very conveniently located, 5-6 minutes walk from the sea, few shops including a big Tesco and 15-20 minutes from the center of Margate. We would definitely come back there if we come back in the area.

This is the perfect little place, and I'm so pleased to have discovered it! Michelle is the most wonderful host, and I had everything I needed for my stay. The room is gorgeous, with ample space for a solo traveller or a couple to enjoy. And it's maintained to a very high standard. Plus the beach is just a 5 minute walk away (perfect for a morning dip!). I can't wait to come and stay again sometime!

Clean and comfortable, No one in the three adjacent lets, so very quiet and able to sit out in communal area undisturbed. Just up the road away from the sea are a range of local shops.
