The linen could've been much cleaner. We had a very good night sleep however my father and younger brother who stayed in a room in the opposite wing couldn't sleep well due to the noise. The tap water was murky.

this hotel is located in middle of town. there is 7-11 on the ground floor. parking is in the public. room is clean but is minimal in fasiliti wa. bring your own tooth paste and the laundry bag. breakfast included on top floor.

The room is comfortable and the cafe is located at the roof top and you can see the view of Keningau city. The location very strategic...near restaurants and seven Eleven..easy to get necessities
