Staff Very friendly and helpful Thank you Mr Mark I had a truly good experience at this hotel. One of the things that made the biggest difference was the incredible hospitality and attentiveness of the entire STAFF. From the front desk to the restaurant team, everyone was exceptionally kind and helpful. A special mention goes to the Masai security team — their presence was not only reassuring but added a unique cultural touch to our stay. Most importantly, I’d like to thank Mr. Mark for his outstanding support and professionalism. His dedication and warm approach made us feel truly welcome. Thank you all for making my stay so memorable. We genuinely appreciated everything. 🙏
