Lodges Overview

Airport Bird & Game Lodge is situated next to bushland 10 km north of Johannesburg International Airport. It features lush landscaped gardens, an outdoor swimming pool and free airport shuttle.
Each room comes complete with a shower, separate toilet, hairdryer, and free WiFi which allows virtually unlimited viewing on any personal device via the internet as if you were at home.
Reception can offer information on activities in the local area and has luggage storage facilities. Free Wi-Fi is available throughout.
Central Johannesburg is 31 km away and there is free car parking on site. The Serengeti Golf & Wildlife Estate is a 15-minute drive away.

Amazing value for money when compared to other options close to Oliver Tambo airport. Peaceful huge grounds with springbuck, impala, nyala, duiker, blesbok and deer😄Free shuttle service to the aiport. Good WiFi; only charge R45 per day for secure car parking under shadecloth. Even provided firewood to keep us warm during cold nights👍

Very friendly staff, especially Alice at reception, and the complimentary airport shuttle (driver Earnest) who picked us up at 22:15 were our highlights. Quiet, farmlike neighborhood away from the busy city.
