The construction of the new main building is currently underway in the vicinity of the Seaside Glass Villas. The annual SnowCastle will start to rise in the area during late December and its construction will continue until mid-January.Please inform in advance of your expected arrival time. Excellent quaint property in Kemi. This appartment is a unique take on conventional igloos in Lapland. I recommend the Seaside Glass Villas for everyone who is looking for a quiet igloo stay that will not burn a hole in your pocket

The glass villa was amazing. Front Desk assisted to change our villa to the unblocked row which provided us amazing view of the frozen lake. Front Desk was very helpful and assisted with the many queries we had. The location was also the pickup point for those going for the ice breaker cruises.
