Amazing value for money. Stunning little cottage, super comfy bed, great walk-in shower (big bathroom which also had bath but we didn't use it as the shower was so nice), very well equipped kitchen and the most fabulous long range views from bedroom and little garden. The dog loved running about in the fields (although of course he had to be on lead in those fields where sheep were grazing) Busfeild Arms pub is 10-15 minute walk away with nice food (dog friendly but also has slightly fancier, dog-free restaurant area). Plenty of nice places to visit (approx 20 minute drive to Ilkley or Otley in one direction, and about the same in opposite direction to Saltaire, and a tiny bit longer to get to Haworth). But enough to do around the cottage if you like walking, bird watching and enjoying the view! Electric car charging point available. Fabulous, friendly, helpful owners. We arrived to find milk and freshly gathered eggs in the fridge. Lovely welcome!

Fantastic, cosy place to stay, with excellent facilities, genuinely dog-friendly. Lovely to have a log fire, comfortable living room, clean and spacious bedroom(s) and a great eat-in kitchen with all mod-cons. Very friendly too – rather an isolated spot, with quite a rough road up to the cottages, but wonderful views, and very convenient for getting about by car and train. Excellent canalside, river and moorland walks all super easy and close by.
