LIKE: Great location in center of village, but also nice and quiet at night. Very clean and nicely furnished and decorated. Own parking space was a real bonus. DISLIKE: One door key between 5 adults is ridiculous. When one adult was out we could not lock the door, so when my husband was out in the evening or up early for a dawn walk we all were in bed without the front door unlocked so he could get back in without waking the whole house. Although there is a key safe this is no good as people do not want to be locked in the house for safety reasons. All the plants in the containers around the front door were dead, would have looked better to remove them all as it made the place look unloved. The backyard could have done with some decoration and maybe some fairy lights, plants, very plain and uninviting. Despite it being very warm we did not want to sit out as it was so drab. Bath panel was hanging off the bath, previous visitors train tickets left on bedside, mouldy mug in the backyard, freezer very in need of a clean and defrost. A small bottle of milk in the fridge after a 5 hours journey would have been nice.

Location is excellent, plenty of room, clean and comfortable, everything you need for a lovely stay. Easy to park. Easy walk to the town which is beautiful. Well stocked kitchen, log burner, milk and biscuits on arrival is a nice touch. Will definitely go back.
