Great location near center of the town but far enough from the noise. Very quiate, beautiful surroundings with Mountains view. Owners are friendly and nice. Clean room and comfortable.

The host was a very delightful lady. The room and sheets were clean. She served tasty food a few times (that wasn't formally included) and it was a beautiful gesture. She advised good places to eat, also some sightseengs. The rooms don't include the kitchen, so she gave us some dishes (plates, forks...).

The host was amazing! She was so lovely. The room was super super clean and the bed comfortable. Also the shower had great water pressure and was super warm. Even though there was no breakfast we received several snacks, including fruits and tea during our stay.

A perfect small hotel to stay in for a few days while in Stepantsminda. We had a room with a balcony and it exceeded our expectations. It was very spacious with anough storage space and very comfortable bed which you literally won't want to get out of in the morning. There was also a kettle for tea and coffee but no fridge. Instead of that the hosts helped us to store a few things in their fridge. The balcony is also very spacy and pleasant to stay on but the view on Kazbegi is fenced by the building in front. You are getting a full view of the valley though right up to Gudauri which was a fair trade-off. Also note that if you are on foot, this place is a little far from the city center and grocery stores and you need to walk uphill around 5 minutes to get there, but come on, you are in a hiking paradise, is this really a downside? As for us. we came by car so it was not a problem at all. Nearby we found a few decent restaraunts (like Tiba) so having dinner did not require any lengthy walks at all.
