The room is actually what we expected, but perhaps the cleanliness could be better. The location of the hotel is very central. The bathroom/toilet are big enough. We are 2 families with small children and I can say the accommodations meet our expectation. Except that I did not realised that most of the cafe close to the hotel is only open between 9-10am (my own mistake), and travelling with young children that would like to have their breakfast at 7.30am is maybe a bit challenging. However, there are enough good bakeries closed by and we get our breakfast at the bakery every morning.

The room is perfectly situated in the center of Kaysersberg and yet you still can sleep peacefully without any noises during the night. The bonus point is the restaurant right in front serving a great breakfast.

I found Chambres & Appartement Chez Laurence by accident on this site while looking for locations near Colmar. How fortunate I was to come across this room. I wasn't familiar with Kaysersberg, but after visiting several of the other towns on the Wine Route, this was our favorite. Chambres & Appartement Chez Laurence is located in the center of town with free parking nearby. The simple French breakfast of bagettes and crossiants,fresh squeezed juice and coffee was delicious at the restaurant across the street. We sat outside, under cover both mornings as we watched the town wake up. The room was comfortable and spacious, overlooking the main street below. Laurence is lovely. She met us on arrival and escorted us to our room. I could not have been happier with this stay!
