The staff was very helpful and friendly. The position is very good if you need to go to the airport, the place is very clean and safe for female solo travellers and the room was very cozy and comfortable.

Cosy and reasonably private bunks with curtains on each, a women only floor and a decent amount of showers/toilets/sinks, even during busy times there was space available. It was clean, tidy and quiet with comfortable bedding which is a huge plus in Japan.
