Lovely quiet place just a few minutes from the airport. The room was clean and cozy, perfect for a relaxing break. Staff were friendly and helpful throughout my stay. A great spot if you’re looking for comfort, calm, and good value near Katunayake.

I had a wonderful stay at Coco Villa Peach Tree. The location is calm and surrounded by greenery, just a few minutes from the airport — ideal for both relaxation and convenience. The room was clean, cozy, and comfortable. What made the experience truly special was the hospitality of the manager, Ms. Kumudini. She was kind, attentive, and always ready to help with anything I needed. You can clearly see she puts love and care into everything she does at the villa. I felt safe, welcomed, and well looked after. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a peaceful getaway with genuine Sri Lankan hospitality. I will definitely return!

Great location, easy to get in and out of the city. The staff was wonderful. The villa is well maintained. The beds were very comfortable. I, especially, enjoyed the view of the green garden. It was even better than expected. The price was amazing. Beautiful rooms, We didn’t eat so I can’t rate the food, although others looked like they were enjoying it! We will come again!
