The fine print
PAYMENT POLICY:
- Immediate Payment: All reservations require immediate payment at the time of booking.
- Deposit: A 50% deposit is required for bookings made 31 days or more before the arrival date.
- Full Payment: For bookings made 30 days or less before arrival, 100% payment is required at the time of booking.
- Balance Payment: The remaining balance is due 30 days before arrival.
- Refundable Bond: An AU300 refundable bond is payable by credit card 30 days before arrival and is refunded 7 business days after departure.
- Payment Method: All payments must be made by credit card via our payment gateway Stripe.
-Transaction Fee: A non-refundable 2.9% Stripe transaction fee applies to all payments including the bond.
- Statement: Payments will appear as ACCOMMODATE BLUE MOUNT on your bank statement.CANCELLATION POLICY:
- Standard Cancellations: Cancellations made 31 days or more before arrival incur a non-refundable AU$5.00 channel manager fee. Cancellations made within 30 days before arrival are non-refundable.
- Date Transfers: Changes to booking dates are not permitted within 30 days of the arrival date.
- COVID-19 Lockdown: If travel is prohibited due to a COVID-19 lockdown, bookings can be transferred up to one year in advance with one free date change.
- Event Cancellations: Accommodated is not responsible for cancellations of events, functions, or activities. Such cancellations will be governed by our standard cancellation policy.DISCLAIMER:

what a great house. slept 12 people so comfortably with plenty of room for everyone and lots of room to lounge around. Fantastic views that you could just sit and enjoy. The kitchen was very well equipped with all appliances to enable you to cook a wonderful experience

We provided our own tucker. We expected this as it enabled us to meet our nourishment and refreshment needs. This was not a negative thing as the location had all the features of a private home i.e a jacuzzi and sauna bath. 4 Bedrooms had ensuite facilities there was also a bedroom with two bunk beds.

The view was just magnificent even on a cloudy day... the house was large and as it was quite cool for a Dec day, we decided to get some firewood and had a really lovely time in front of the fire place with the backdrop of the Megalong Valley. Although the place was old and had some wear and tear, overall, it was a really beautiful place for a very relaxing family time.
