The fine print
PAYMENT POLICY:
- Immediate Payment: All reservations require immediate payment at the time of booking.
- Deposit: A 50% deposit is required for bookings made 31 days or more before the arrival date.
- Full Payment: For bookings made 30 days or less before arrival, 100% payment is required at the time of booking.
- Balance Payment: The remaining balance is due 30 days before arrival.
- Refundable Bond: An AU300 refundable bond is payable by credit card 30 days before arrival and is refunded 7 business days after departure.
- Payment Method: All payments must be made by credit card via our payment gateway Stripe.
- Transaction Fee: All payments are subject to a non-refundable 2.9% transaction fee.
- Statement: Payments will appear as ACCOMMODATE BLUE MOUNT on your bank statement.CANCELLATION POLICY:
- Standard Cancellations: Cancellations made 31 days or more before arrival incur a non-refundable AU$5.00 channel manager fee. Cancellations made within 30 days before arrival are non-refundable.
- Date Transfers: Changes to booking dates are not permitted within 30 days of the arrival date.
- COVID-19 Lockdown: If travel is prohibited due to a COVID-19 lockdown, bookings can be transferred up to one year in advance with one free date change.
- Event Cancellations: Accommodated is not responsible for cancellations of events, functions, or activities. Such cancellations will be governed by our standard cancellation policy.DISCLAIMER:

Location and views are special.. Lovely bush walk nearby. Plenty of room for 8 people. Lovely dining table overlooking the view. Kitchen well equipped. Property needs some loving. Rule list and warnings about penalties for not leaving things clean enough, including the jacuzzi put us off using it. Should be called rustic retreat.,

The property was in a great spot, close to everything. The views were amazing, there was plenty of space and all the rooms were comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked and had all we needed :) Would definitely stay again.

Loved the view & the split level mudbrick home which gave you enough room to move around & also have alone time. The house was detailed from outdoor jacuzzi towels to spare olive oil in the pantry for those morning scrambled eggs, tea towels, tablets for dishwasher... even games & jigsaw puzzles! The jacuzzi was amazing and so warm with the wind and temperature outside at -1°C. A lovely country feel with cosy fireplace with a magnificent view!
