All of the staff was very nice. They arranged taxi pick-up for us from the airport. Kristos, the driver was also very nice and gave us a lot of tips for the trip. The hotel is a bit further out from Chania main town but if you have a car, it's only a short drive away and there are also public buses going to the town next to the hotel. The swimming pool was nice to relax and cool down. The breakfast was tasty and local. The first room we got was next to the breakfast area which was quite loud in the morning but the team gave us another room in a quieter area of the hotel on the same day. Thank you!

Everything about the hotel was fantastic - the staff were great. They are super helpful and have fantastic knowledge of the local area, and Chania itself, and recommending restaurants, transport, trips - fabulous. The bar and lunch services were both awesome, and the hotel provides some entertainment in the evenings as well - if that's your thing. One of the standout things is the breakfast - Airis offers hot, cold, cereal, fruit, eggs, juices, pastries, a great coffee machine - basically it caters for everyone, and every taste. An great start to the day. Our room was lovely, big enough, sea view, good air-conditioning, and beset of all a place to stash your suitcase so they are not in the way. The hotel also provides some cold water bottles daily - which is also really handy!

Lovely boutique hotel, with an awesome and welcoming team. We had already visited Chania and Rethymno, this was our week by the pool. Staff were all lovely, helpful, welcoming, nothing too much trouble and attentive. The location is lovely, approx 5 beaches in easy reach, 3 or 4 within easy walking distance, it is also possible to walk through to Chania old town. The pool side cocktail bar and bistro was excellent, along with the Ladi restaurant, and arranged entertainment throughout the week, a greek food evening, singer margarita cox, and a greek guitarist George, doing soft rock and pop, greek and general. Just the right sort of size of hotel, we met lots of nice people from all over the world. Breakfast and the restaurant food was excellent. We ate out and in the hotel, and had no bad experiences. They are building another phase to the hotel, I am sure this will add to an already great experience. Many of the people we met were returning customers, which impressed me and says a lot about the quality of the service and product and the staff dedication to delivering an exceptional experience.
