The landlord is very accommodating. The place is clean and very accessible to Patong beach and the Central Phuket. Highly recommend it.

The host jack was a really nice guy, gave me some tips and places to check out, We almost went for a drink in Koh Phangan. But overall really easy to deal with, very responsive and very helpful not that there were any issues anyway. The Location in Kathu is perfect 15 mins to patong, 15 mins to old town, 20 mins to chalong. its a really central location that makes it easy to get anywhere. There is also a nice jungle view from the balcony in which I was able to see many interesting birds and other small wildlife.
