Very clean and comfortable clamping tents, excellent shared bathroom and kitchen facilities, amazing location close to Katherine Gorge, great hosts (friendly and helpful) delicious pizza overlooking the southern most part of the arnhemland escarpment at sunset.

Fantastic spot just outside of Katherine. The owners were very friendly and accommodating, our tent was clean, comfortable and the facilities were perfect for a bush getaway. There's a hilltop viewing deck where you can order home cooked pizza, have a drink and watch the sunset. The pool was perfect after a day in the parks.

Cannot fault our stay at Gorge View Bush Retreat! Carney was the most friendly and welcoming host; nothing was too much trouble. We stayed in one of the glamping tents with our 2 kids (1yr and 3yr) and everyone was really comfortable! The camp kitchen had everything we needed for cooking up a great BBQ and the pool was gorgeous for an early morning swim and cooling off after a day at Edith Falls. Best part, though, was the sunset deck...simply stunning views! If you want a great camping experience with a few home comforts, this is the place. We will definitely be back next time we are back in Katherine!
