Great location - plenty of bars and restaurants within a few minutes walk. Beach 5 min walk. Smiley and friendly staff. Good WiFi coverage across accommodation. Towels and soap provided. Heated showers.

The location is 8 minutes walk to the beach and a pretty small road so relatively easy. It is located on a very small street where local people live. Simple but nice atmosphere. For a two-star hotel the room was very nice and had everything we needed to be comfortable plus a balcony. Rani the manager was very helpful. The rooms was kept very clean. Very easy to walk around Kata from there.

Close to all the local amenities and the beach but far enough away to not be disturbed. Excellent staff, courteous and always eager to answer any queries.
