We booked our stay last minute, but to our pleasant surprise, both our rooms were upgraded on arrival, and we were given spacious, connecting rooms—perfect for our family. From the moment we arrived, the staff took care of everything. We were warmly welcomed with cold towels and refreshing drinks. The facilities were top-class, especially the morning breakfast. As vegetarians, we appreciated the variety of options available. Our checkout time was 12 noon, but with a late evening flight, we requested a late checkout. Gina, who had been exceptionally helpful from day one, spoke to her manager and arranged for one of our rooms to be extended until the evening for a very reasonable fee. This gesture made a big difference to our day. The room facilities were excellent, and we loved the extra towels provided for the beach. All staff were courteous and helpful, but Gina truly stood out for her outstanding service. Overall, a top-class experience. We would love to visit again.

The staff and hotel were great. We added breakfast to our stay and it was totally worth it, delicious and well prepared. The room was perfect, comfy bed, modern bathroom. The pools were also really nice. I loved staying in Kata Beach instead of Patong, which was super hectic and overcrowded. I actually liked Kata Beach way more, it was more relaxed and beautiful. Getting around was really easy using Grab, which is much cheaper than taxis or tuk tuks.
