Excellent location, excellent staff, excellent breakfast. We had a hire car and a breeze to get parking with assistance from the hotel. We had access to a paid beach for free that is opposite the hotel. Would recommend to anyone

I had the "rooftop", a very large room with a big "balcony" when the terras is not used for the breakfast. The rooftop was a warm room (under the roof) but the ac was strong enough to cool it down quickly. The breakfast buffet offered a big choise. The lady who took care of it baked some scones by herself. At the opposite side of the street they have a beach club with lazy beds. Perfect place to cool down and have a swim. If I come back to Kas, I certainly will return to this hotel.
