Location is perfect. The host Lady is very friedly and welcoming. Room is spacious, very clean and nicely furnished. Very comfortable bed and great coffee in the kitchen.

Beautiful, spacious, tastefully decorated apartment with a living room/couch and TV, 2 bedrooms and an extra seating area with table and chairs on the first floor. Very nice bathroom. If you want to prepare meals, there is a shared kitchen downstairs. There is also a very nice and beautifully decorated community breakfast/lunch/dinner room, where everyone can eat and a balcony that can be used. Very quiet location. Everything was sparkling clean. The house is beautifully decorated, and we loved the large mirrors and beautiful flowers outside. Parking is safe and secure next to the house and there is an entry gate. Wifi worked fine. Just a short walk to Karpacz pedestrian zone with many restaurants and shops. Also very close to chairlift that goes up to the famous Schneekoppe "Sniezka" mountain. Very sweet and friendly landlady, Barbara. It should be noted that she only speaks Polish, just a few words of English and German. So, if you are not afraid of language barriers, it's all right. Her son speaks English and I talked to him on the phone when our communication became real challenging.
