The location is great. The hotel is clean, calm and home-cozy. What I liked is the hotel has a style in each detail. It has a great view from the kitchen ,and if you get a room with a view. We had a room from the side. It has a parking, but from the back. You get tea and coffee(instant) at the room with a teapot,mugs. Guests have access to the kitchen all day long,where they have tea,coffee(instant, the coffeemachine is available only during breakfast), something sweet,fruits, ice.

Great location, close to different stores, cafes, restaurants and 7-10 minutes drive to some ski slopes. We had pretty big room with a good bed, a big wardrobe, a kettle, cups, teabags in. There is a free parking place for guests. Access to the kitchen stuff and even some sweet treats during the day. And a friendly owner .

AMAZING! this place exceeded our expectation. The staff and hosts were very friendly and helpful and they were always smiling. The location was also perfect, in the middle of Karpacz, close to the centre. The views from the terrace were beyond our expectations. The price was very reasonable and breakfast is very tasty! Thank you!! Will definitely come back next year! :)
