There is 1 room, which is accessible by wheelchair. The entrance to the hotel, as well as the restaurant, the Cafe, the saloons and the elevators are accessible by wheelchair. Unfortunately it is not possible to reach the swimming pool, the sauna or the other treatment areas by wheelchair without any help!

This hotel is clean and well maintained and has a certain elegance, but we found our room to be very basic. No tea or coffee making facilities. The staff were pleasant and the breakfast was OK. Great coffee.

The hotel is in a beautiful location with an easy walk to the centre of Karlovy Vary. The interior is lavish and reminded me of a Wes Anderson film set. Spa area is well-maintained and pretty spacious. The staff is really welcoming and helpful.
