The best thing about this place is its central location — everything was within walking distance. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay. The room was clean and comfortable, and we appreciated being able to safely store our luggage for a few hours after check-out.

The location is great in the middle of the city and there are plenty of nice restaurants and coffee places around. The rooms were spacious and we had two double beds for our family.

Could not be more central in Karlovy vary- fantastic value for money, we also stayed in Grandhotel pupp and imperial hotel, they are both crazy overpriced - if we have to stay again we will be staying here! Awesome value for money
