The property was lovely - quiet, spacious, clean and comfortable, with a great terrace looking out towards the sea, and balconies/terraces outside each of the rooms. The beds were really comfy and the air conditioning was great. The garden and pool were fantastic - there were no guests staying in the downstairs apartments when we were there so we were lucky enough to have it all to ourselves. The pool is a good size, and the garden is nicely maintained - and home to around a dozen tortoises in one part! Stefania, the host, was great - she contacted us to arrange fresh bed linen and towels, the pool was cleaned every evening and there was also useful info about local shops and restaurants in the apartment. The apartment was located towards the edge of Karavomylos village and it's about a 5 min walk downhill to a couple of restaurants - Tou Kokora on the square was our fave - and a great breakfast place/cafe/bakery, Vito Squared, which was open all day. It was about a 25 min walk along the beach path to Sami, which has the nearest supermarket, along with shops, bars and some really good restaurants - we loved The Mermaid in particular, and Taka Taka Mam just next door to it. We didn't hire a car - in the apartment there was the number for a super helpful taxi driver, who picked us up as needed and took us to Antisamos beach and back. We absolutely loved our stay - can't wait to go back!

The rooms were spacious and the villa had all facilities you could need. The pool was nice and the host was friendly! We walked to the local village and Sami, and taxi back was only €10 so while the villa is a bit further away from the beach, very peaceful and accessible.

We loved everything about the villa. It was very clean and had everything we needed for our stay. The pool was lovely and kept very clean. The location is great for exploring the island. The kittens were also very cute.
