Amazing Experience..... Highly recommend...... wonderful peaceful location..... Beautiful resort on the bank of a very beautiful clean water spring..... Nice clean rooms and bathrooms....hot water is continuously available........ Market is just 3 to 4 mins by car and 7 to 10 minutes by Walk. The staff and management both are very nice.

I was passing through Kalam in off season and the owner very kindly accommodated me for 2 nights. Fantastic location, I can imagine in the summer months it’s a joy to stay at. I enjoyed sitting on the main balcony, even in winter, having breakfast made by the staff. The owner couldn’t have been any more accommodating and made me feel very welcome as did the staff at the resort. They looked after me very well. Good kind people. Highly recommend a visit.

The location is a definite plus, though close to the main bazar it still manages to escape the noise and provides a serene calm stay , the room was clean and exactly as described in their listings, staff was very attentive ... Mr Mehdi is a hospitable and a generous host ... I should mention how accommodating they were in terms of reviewing their pet policy and allowing us to bring our cat along who travels with us ... a feature that MOST of the properties listed in this locality lack ... From accuracy to communication, location and a smooth check-in everything was above par ...Thank you

It is ideally located very near to Kalam and yet at the bank of a beautiful spring without any traffic or crowd. Rooms were very clean and well maintained. And the staff was very friendly and helpful always, especially Barkatullah. A very good value for money option in Kalam.
