The room was very good, spacious, and comfortable. I stayed in Suite, and i find it value for money. The food was very good. Staff did everything i asked them for, and it's very safe and comfortable in the suite. The manager of this hotel was asking me every day about anything he could do to make my stay, and i really like this gesture.

Really enjoyed the room size was nicely clean and big bad bit bathroom needs upgrading, was alot of mosquitos in bathroom aswell. Staff were really helpful and always there to help you when yu need need them, phone in my room wasn't working another issue which could off saved me keep going to reception from 6th floor everytime I needed to speak to Reception.

The staff and service was absolutely amazing. 24 hour room service was convenient. Specially in a city like karachi where it's always busy and there's soo much todo.
