New, clean and completely equipped, very supportive and friendly owner. Parking in front of the entrance, nice coffee machine with enough beans. View from the balcony is great.

It was a beautiful house located very near to centre of Kaprun. We had free skibus just next to the building. It was very easy to get to the slopes in your skiing boots. Location of the appartements was easy to find and get. Appartement, though small, was very nice organized and kitchen was well equipped. Housekeeper was very helpful, nice and easy to reach.
