Very clean, good location, aprox 10min walk to centre, very warm apartment, living room with dining area, couch and double bed, separate bed room with double bed, perfect for a family of 4. Swimming pool, heated ski room, free parking space all the facilities you could need. All check in instructions sent to us were very clear. Address is easy to find even in the evenings. Excellent location ,a few mins walk to the bus stop for the glacier and a few mins walk into the centre of Kaprun.Apartment is clean,cosy and warm,full of Austrian charm .The main door opens into a spacious hall with plenty of storage and hanging hooks for ski gear.Then on into living room with sofa,TV and sofa bed.There is a separate double bedroom,again with plenty of wardrobe space and storage.Private bathroom with bath tub and overhead shower.There is a nice balcony,drying area and outside chairs.Ideally suit a family of 4 or 4 friends travelling together.Kitchen has everything you need to cook,full oven,,microwaves,fridge freezer,coffee machine,kettle,dishwasher.Washer and dryer in basement ,only €1 to wash full load of clothes.

The accommodation had a separate kitchen area, which was very good. It was comfortable and there was always parking. Monika, the host, is very kind.
