Picturesque location, village like atmosphere, warm-hearted people! Nice views. Placed on a nice little steep hill across Kappl which in severe conditions can be a bit problematic to go uphill without snowchains. Local street gets cleared very good early in the morning, so not an occasional problem. Close to Kappl (5 minute drive) and Ischgl (10-15'). Hosts informed us on discount rates (-20%) for local ski rental (SportHuber) which was great with decent equipment. As for the accommodation, two adequately spacious bedrooms, with a small kitchen area fully equipped. Only missing a microwave oven, but didn't matter. Storage room for ski boots equipped with warmer. Heating more than adequate, cosy atmosphere. Property is on a slopped hillside, so rental flat is underground from entrance but on the other side feels just ok with small views in a recessed area lower than ground. Mrs Sonja even offered Christmas gift to our son on Christmas and welcomed us really warmly. Her husband Franz offered to help us find snowchains when we needed them and offered us short commute to the main road or Ischgl when conditions were harsh and couldn't reach the premises by car (only one day). Sonja and Franz thank you very much, we had a great stay and a wonderful Christmas time! Looking forward to seeing you again!

Very nice location, quiet, with nice and helpful guests. Ischgl is close, Kappl is much closer and is also worth trying. I recommend! :)
