Very professional staff. Clean & spacious room. There is drinking water refill on 7th floor with different temperatures. Good location.

Location is near the Formosa Station, convenient to go anywhere. Nearby there is 7-Eleven, Convenient stall, Watson just opposite, Supermarket less than 10mins walk. Staff is very helpful. We were able to leave our luggage to store in the hotel to spend a few days travelling elsewhere.

Location is good, about 10 mins walk to Formosa Stn. Breakfast is typical local Taiwanese breakfast is porridge, with some bread, peanut butter and jam. I would suggest hotel to provide at lease some fried eggs or hard boiled eggs to eat with the bread for the tourist who don't take porridge. Staffs were helpful.

The staff are what makes this place great. Nothing was too hard. Our toilet didn’t flush when we arrived and they promptly got a plumber in to fix it. The staff are super attentive Breakfast is ok, not many western options (but this is typical of this sort of hotel). Mainly Asian breakfast with steamed greens, congee, steamed eggs, bread, cereal but only hot milk and fruit. Bed was comfy Room was spacious Fridge :)
