The view is pretty extensive so it is nice if you like being high (23rd floor). The room is large and thanks to the height you wont hear any noise from outside. The location is not too far from the sights especially considering you can take a Youbike from nearby and progress pretty much straight to the enjoyable seaside promenade.

The guards in the building itself were extremely kind. When we accidentally left our bags in the room locked after checking out, they helped us through Google Translate to contact the owners.

very nice apartment located in the once-highest of Taiwan business-building directly at the ocean-side of Kaohsiung. the building is totally 90th but the view is gorgeous. the apartment comfortable and the stuff very nice to help.
