The staff at Golden Crown Kandy are the best, most caring and kind staff we have ever encountered across our global travels. They went above and beyond to support our family during a difficult time with our daughter unexpectedly admitted to hospital in Kandy. We truly felt like we were surrounded by family and we were so grateful to the whole team. The hotel facilities are very grand and 6 star. Spectacular pool and the comfiest beds in the largest hotel room we’ve ever stayed in. Perfect for our family of five. We can’t wait to return, thank you Golden Crown.

We had a wonderful stay! From the moment we arrived, we were warmly looked after by Chatrukia, whose hospitality truly made a difference. We were pleasantly surprised with an upgrade to a spacious family room—it was massive and perfect for our needs. The kids absolutely loved it, and we were so comfortable that we decided to extend our stay by another night. Everything from the service to the amenities was top-notch. Highly recommended!

This is a beautiful hotel and we enjoyed 2 nights here on our trip to Kandy The room was amazing 2 big beds, a lovely bathroom with all accessories The pool area was breathtaking and we had the pool to ourselves the whole day Dinner was enjoyable with a great selection of goods to try All the staff were kind and very helpful

The room was well organized with all amenities, it would have been better if there was a welcome drink or sweets, enjoyed the stay
