Staff were fantastic from the moment we walked in the door! We booked for three adults, one couple plus an extra person - they provided us two rooms with adjoining balconies which was perfect! Breakfast was great, location is perfectly located on the river front with amazing views whilst being a short walk into the town centre and temples.

What a peaceful escape! Arawe Retreat is the perfect place to unwind, surrounded by lush nature and total tranquility. The setting is calm and green – ideal if you’re looking to recharge away from the noise. The breakfast is absolutely delicious, made with care and served with a smile. The staff is incredibly friendly and helpful, and the free pickup and drop-off to Ella town is such a convenient bonus. Highly recommended for anyone who wants to enjoy the natural beauty of Ella in a quiet and welcoming atmosphere!

What a beautiful find in the busy city of Kandy. Our room was so beautiful with lovely sheets and a very comfortable bed. Our little veranda with a view to Kandy lake was amazing. Our teenagers were next door and we had a connecting balcony which was great.
