From check-in to check-out, everything was seamless. The front desk staff were helpful and friendly, specially Mr Dhanushka were super helpful and making us feel right at home. The room was spacious, spotless, and tastefully decorated. We especially loved the view from the balcony and the peaceful ambiance. The location is ideal for exploring the area, and the food at the in-house restaurant was top-notch. Highly recommended for couples or families looking for a relaxing getaway.

We loved the hotel overall, the location was good and offered a great view of the city from our room balcony. The room facilities were also in top condition, and was very spacious for 2 of us. We requested a packed breakfast as we were leaving early in the morning, and the hotel staff were really attentive and delivered a proper breakfast with many items (boiled egg, croissant, 2 club sandwiches, chocolate muffin, cake and fruit with water bottle). This was very impressive and made our experience the best.

The hotel has a superb location overlooking the lake and city, which is comfortably within walking distance. The staff were really friendly and welcoming. The roof top pool was fantastic.
