We really enjoyed our stay. Nice clean and quiet rooms spacious enough for Family with 2 Kids. My Kids love the french fries esp. And food in the hotel. Maxi and his Team are extremely professional. Best Small hotel that we had in Sri Lanka especially in Terms of breakfast, including proper food handling :) Worth recommending :)

A quiet and peaceful stay with lovely views. The room was spacious and comfortable, and the hosts were incredibly welcoming. We travelled with an energetic 2-year-old and everyone was so kind and accommodating with her, which made a big difference to our experience. Food was good and we especially enjoyed the dinner! Staff also very helpful with tips and arranging anything you may need with no fuss or upsell. Highly recommended for families or anyone looking for place to stay in in Kandy

A fine spacious and airy house with comfortable beds and seating on the balconies and well appointed bathrooms. All this with beautiful views over Kandy and a 10 minute walk to Kandy lake, a further 20 into the centre of Kandy. It is really not that steep and all the vehicles we used including tuk tuks managed the drive without difficulty. What really made Kingsman House very special was the two staff. Maxi the manager is unerringly kind and helpful. Unfortunately all our family were very unwell having picked up a bug in Colombo and the team were uncommonly understanding and resourceful as we recovered particularly our children including with food. Lovely breakfast too!
