The staff were so kind and helpful. The room was very neat and they had thoughtfully kept disposable bags for sanitary napkins and they always greeted with a smile on their face.

Very helpful and friendly staff always with a smile on their face which always makes a difference! Really clean and comfortable rooms - balcony had a nice view of kandy which was nice :) food in the restaurant was good too!

Nice location, high over Kandy with views across the hills, birds singing in the morning and a daily monkey show as they climbed along the wires in the afternoon. A 15 minute walk down to the lake and short tuktuk ride back. Our room was large, comfortable and quiet. A good breakfast, local or English and food could be ordered during the day. Internet good. A special thank you to the staff, Dilrukshi is the only name we know, who were all wonderful, concerned and kind during a period of illness (unrelated to the hotel). They were unfailingly helpful and friendly.
