We had a wonderful stay at this location which is very quiet and elevated, offering stunning views. The bedrooms are incredibly spacious, making it a perfect retreat. Hosts Priyanka and Hemantha were extremely helpful and attentive, ensuring we had everything we needed. It’s conveniently close to the beautiful Peradeniya Botanical Gardens and the renowned University of Peradeniya. Plus, the Temple of the Tooth is just a 15-minute drive away, which was a highlight of our trip. We were lucky enough to spot some hares and deer during our stay, and the morning bird noises added a lovely touch to our experience. Overall, this place is excellent value for money. Very calm environment without ant disturbances. Can reach all attractions in a very short period of time. Place is located near to Preadeniya train station where i boarded to Ella.I was lucky to spot deer and a wild bore. Hosts Priyanka and Hemantha are very helpful. This place is a hidden gem which is not discovered many visitors.When I visit Sri Lanka I will defenetely stay at Failand Bungalow .
