Hot water, WiFi, a/c, parking for my Tuk Tuk, standard outlets (charging isn’t an issue), 2 beds, 3 tables, large room and large bathroom, bottled water. Come to where the air is fresh and clean! Stores in super close walking distance 1- 2 mins away. Host is nice as can be and super helpful. Large balcony with furniture attached to room was awesome. Breakfast and dinner were delicious and plentiful, even though I asked for smaller portions. Loved my stay and got great recommendations on things to do, and places to stay in other areas. Tissa’s suggestions provided huge savings! Photos in listing are correct. Such a great deal!!! Thanks for a great stay. 🙏 - per other reviews, yes there were some ants on one area of the wall by the shower only. Not all over the floor, not in the bedroom and not in the bed. They won’t bother you. I still choose to stay longer and rate the property a 10. That is just how it goes sometimes in a hot and humid place - regardless of the country. The room/bathroom and house are clean!

Very nice place, quiet and close to the river, a couple of minutes tuk tuk drive to the center, but the family helps to arrange and is absolutly helpful and sweet in all other aspects as well. Spacious room with a sunny balcony.
