We really enjoyed our stay at Blue Pillars in Kandy. We stayed in a family room that was surprisingly spacious, with comfortable beds and a nice, warm shower. The welcome was very friendly. Every morning, a generous breakfast was prepared for us. Specially for the kids, milk with cornflakes was served. We were able to park our tuk-tuk right at the hotel. All in all, a great stay and definitely recommended for families.

We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel! The staff were super friendly and always happy to help with anything we needed. Our room was big and comfy, and the breakfast was great, lots of food and really tasty. One night we had dinner at the hotel and were pleasantly surprised, the food was really good. We also had a bit of trouble getting our train tickets, and the staff went out of their way to call the agency and help us out, which we really appreciated. The location is about a 15-minute walk from the city center. It’s a nice walk there, but coming back is uphill, so we used Uber, which was cheap and easy. All in all, a great place to stay. Totally recommend it!

Far enough away from the hustle of Kandy but close enough to walk to. (20mins) The staff were so helpful and the breakfast was excellent.

The host or the individual helping us throughout the stay was amazing. He definitely was doing the above and beyond. He helped us with nearby attractions, provided us a great Tamil style dinner and breakfast!
