The staff was very attentive to guests' needs. From making changes to the breakfast items, carrying your luggage up and down, the staff went above and beyond to make guests comfortable. Also, sleeping on a futon and wearing a Yukata is a neat experience for me.

It was the real thing. Totally loved the japanese ryokan, onsen and breakfast experience. Staff was sooooo welcoming and eager to show us around. They even bought us presents as it was out honeymoon. Location is really good, super close to Kanazawa castle grounds.
